Lois Ann Jenkins Maxwell (66) of West Hartford, widow of Edward A. Maxwell Jr., died Thursday, November 15, 2012, at home after a long illness. She was surrounded by her loving family. Lois was born in Philadelphia, Penn., on February 13, 1946, to the late William T. and Sadie (Barnwell) Jenkins. Lois is survived by her loving and devoted daughter Danielle T.
