Anthony T. Tomkiel, 87, of Windsor, beloved husband of the late Geraldine (Collins) Tomkiel, passed away on Thursday, (November 15, 2012). Born in Poland, he lived in Windsor for over 50 years. He was a member of Pipefitter's Union Local #676 for 60 years and served in the US Army during World War II.
