Manuel E. Falcon, 74, of Hartford, passed away on Sunday, (December 9, 2012) at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Lima, Peru on June 30, 1938, son of the late Manuel E. Falcon and Aurea (Canales) Falcon, he had lived in Peru before moving to Hartford with his family in 1976. Manuel worked as an engineer in the mining industry in Peru for many years.
