Clyde was born on October 7, 1962 and passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2012.
Clyde was a resident of Middletown, Connecticut at the time of his passing.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM at the Sulphur Spring Christian Church in Sulphur Springs Indiana with Rev. C. J. Buskirk officiaiting.
