Camille (Abbott) Mills, 92, of West Hartford, passed away peacefully, Friday, November 23, 2012. She was born in DeWitt, Arkansas on August 18, 1920, daughter of the late Edward and Dollie (Brown) Abbott, and came to Connecticut as a young child.
