Nancy L. (Phelon) Tapley, 77, of Newington, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014 at her home. She was the beloved wife of the late Curtis T. Tapley. Born in Hartford, she was raised in Elmwood and attended the local schools there before living in West Hartford and becoming a Newington resident thirty years ago.
