David M. Howard, Sr., 94 of Windsor, beloved husband of the late Gertrude (Breton) Howard, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 08, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Hartford to the late John and Mary (Lawler) Howard, he lived his entire life in Windsor and served his country proudly with the US Army during WWII.
