Lillian Nepier, 93, of Hartford , passed away peacefully on Friday, October 5, 2012 at Hughes Health & Rehabilitation in West Hartford. Born Friday, October 11, 1918 in St. Catherine, Jamaica, she later developed her talent as a wonderful cook, and spent some of years in Kingston where she owned and operated her own restaurant.
