Jadwiga (Biec) Lukaszewicz, 98, of New Britain, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2013, with her family by her side just five days before her 99th birthday. She was the beloved wife of the late Bronislaw Lukaszewicz for 53 years. Born on September 10, 1914, in Ogrodniki, Poland, she was deported to a forced labor camp in Germany in 1943.
