In New Haven November 9, 2012, Oscar W. Libby, of Branford. He was the husband of the late Helen Nash Libby. Mr. Libby was born in New Haven, April 29, 1917, son of the late George R. and Elizabeth Grossman Libby. Mr. Libby served in the U. S. Army Air Corps in World War II. He was the owner-operator of Libby Sales and Service in New Haven.
