Walter passed away on Monday, November 5, 2012.
Walter was a resident of Hartford, Connecticut at the time of his passing.
He was educated at The Loomis School, Cornell University and Cornell University Law School.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 8, at 1 p.m. at the Emanuel Synagogue, 160 Mohegan Drive, West Hartford. Shiva will be observed from 6-9 p.m., Thursday, and 1-4 p.m., Friday, at the residence of Lou and Sue Schatz.
