Rev. Warren was born on April 25, 1936 and passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019. Rev. Warren was a resident of Middletown, Connecticut at the time of passing. In 1954 he graduated from Parkersburg High School and was a member of the Capella Choir and the West Virginia All-State Chorus.In.
