James passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2012.
James was a resident of Middletown, Connecticut at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Mary.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 12 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St, Middletown. Burial with military honors will be in the State Veteran's Cemetery. Friends may call prior to the service on Friday from 11 to noon at Biega Funeral Home.
