East Lyme - Lillian (Darrow) Romagna, 93, of Niantic, died Sunday evening, June 23, 2013, at her home. She was born in Niantic, on Oct. 20, 1919, the daughter of Charles and Gertrude (Darrow) Holmes. She was the widow of Paul Romagna, who predeceased her on Sept. 7, 2001. Mrs. Romagna had been the treasurer of her husband's business, Locarno & Romagna Construction.
