TORRINGTON – ROLLINS – James William Rollins Sr., 73, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013 after a brief illness. He was the devoted husband of Margery (Roess) Rollins for 52 years. Born January 2, 1940 in Chicago, he was the son of the late Richard and Emily (Karlowitz) Rollins. Jim was a 40 year resident of Winsted, until recently moving to Torrington.
