Richard P. "Dick" Mele, 82, of New Britain passed away on Friday, June 7, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Lucy (Skorski) Mele for 58 years. He was born in New Britain, son of the late Antonio and Jennie (Descola) Mele and was a lifelong city resident. A graduate of NBHS Class of 1948 and a U.S. Army Veteran.
