Francis Avila Morel, 63, of Newington, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 31st 2013. He was born in Hartford to the late Avila and Frances (Mucha) Morel. Francis worked as a case manager for the State of CT, DMR from where he recently retired. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army as a medic at an EVAC hospital in Vietnam.
