Lucille was born on May 14, 1924 and passed away on Monday, May 27, 2013.
Lucille was a resident of Hamden, Connecticut at the time of her passing.
A celebration of Ms. Kemp's life and legacy will be held Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. at Christ Chapel New Testament Church, 220 Dixwell Ave., New Haven. Burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
