Robert L. Walker, 78, of Hartford CT, passed away on May 28, 2013. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on March 8, 1935. Robert was a Crew Chief Firefighter in the United States Air Force where he was also one of the 1st black Para Rescue Man which is a Pre Cursor to today's Special Operations Forces.
