Ann Elizabeth (Foley) Reynolds, of South Windsor, passed away suddenly at home on Thursday (May 23, 2013) at the age of 78. The daughter of the late William M. Foley and Marion (Speirs) Foley, she was predeceased by her husband, Charles E. Reynolds. Ann was raised in East Hartford and moved to South Windsor 50 years ago.
