Phyllis A. Clark, of Bloomfield, departed this life April 29, 2013, at Alexandria Nursing Home. She was born in Hartford, daughter of the late Armster B. and Augusta Harris Clark. She was a teacher for many years in the Hartford school system, and its first elementary school guidance counselor.
