Charles E. Moran, age 77, of Branford, passed away on April 29, 2013 in St. Raphael Hospital. Born in New Haven on June 12, 1935, he was the son of the late Charles E. Moran Sr, and Margaret E. Connolly Moran. Charlie was a graduate from Fordham University then continued on to SCSC & Fairfield University where he received his Masters Degree.
