John "Jack" G. Halstein, age 93, of Chester and a former resident of New Britain, passed away on Saturday, April 27th at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown. Jack was the beloved husband of the late Hope (McHale) Halstein. Hope passed away on December 16, 2009 and she and Jack enjoyed 60 years of marriage.
