Ralph was a resident of Wallingford, Connecticut at the time of his passing.
His family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main St. Ext., Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. A service will follow in The Wallingford Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. Interment with military honors will be in the State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown.
