Christine A. Leggio, 62, of Windsor, passed away peacefully on Saturday, (April 20, 2013) at a local convalescent home. Born in Hartford on January 12, 1951, daughter of the late Phillip Leggio and Mona (Edlund) Leggio, she had spent most of her life in Windsor Locks and Windsor and graduated with the Class of 1969 from Windsor Locks High School.
