Virginia K. Chagnon, 84, of Windsor Locks and formerly of Windsor, beloved wife of the late Charles Chagnon, passed away peacefully on Friday, (April 19, 2013) at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Hartford on August 6, 1928, daughter of the late John and Martha (Hall) Keiper, she had spent most of her life in Windsor before retiring to Polk City, FL in 1997.
