David passed away on Monday, April 15, 2013.
David was a resident of Stratford, Connecticut at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his companion Linda Kapitan.
Funeral services and interment are private, and have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Pl Stratford.
