Bradford John Kelly, son of John E. Kelly of Norwalk and Barbara Kelly of Easton, passed away suddenly Thursday, March 21, 2013. Brad was born in Bridgeport on June 18, 1981. He attended Fairfield Prep and graduated from Joel Barlow in 1999. He also attended Western Connecticut State University.
