Carlene Mildred Evans, 90, beloved wife of the late Charles L. Evans, formerly of Newington and Windsor, passed on October 20, 2012 of complications resulting from a fall. Carlene was a resident of Seabury Meadows in Bloomfield, CT. Born in Walden, VT on December 15, 1921, she was the younger of two daughters born to Freeman J. Houghton and Mildred Shepard.
