Joanne M. (Quinlin) Stobie, 94, of Rocky Hill, formerly of Suffield, wife of the late John Stobie, died peacefully on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at a local convalescent home. She was born on April 23, 1918 in Springfield, MA, daughter to the late Albert A. and Cora Belle Maria (Jerdo) Quinlin.
