David Eberly Niantic- David Hanlin Eberly, Jr., age 86, of Niantic, formerly of Fairfield, CT, died March 6, 2013 at his home. He was born in Chambersburg, PA July 24, 1926, the son of David and Frances Yocum Eberly. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the United States Army. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, class of 1949, with a degree in engineering. He had been employed as a bridge designer.
