Nicole (Anglard) Pierce, 83, of Windsor, died peacefully on Monday, March 4, 2013, at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. She was born on July 29, 1929, in Chantilly, France, daughter to the late Marcel and Cecile (Allard) Anglard. Nicole came to the U.S. in 1956 and has resided in Windsor for over 50 years.
