Charles Arthur Fixer of Winsted, CT, known as "Art" to many, passed away unexpectedly on Friday March 1, 2013. Born in Poughkeepsie New York on February 1, 1933, he is survived by his wife of 55 years, Alice (Ferris) Fixer.
