Shirley (Patecchino) Johansen, 77, of Windsor, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at her home. She was born November 29, 1935 in Collinsville to the late Armand and Leona (Charette) Patecchino. Shirley grew up in Collinsville, then in Birchwood and had lived in Windsor for most of her life, graduating from John Fitch High School, and was a parishioner of St. Gabriel Church.
