Frances A. (Mangene) Trocchi, 70, of Windsor, beloved wife of James J. Trocchi, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at her home. She was born on February 13, 1942 in Hartford to the late Raffaela Veccherelli. Frances was a graduate of Weaver High School in Hartford, Class of 1960.
