Lena F. (Cecchini) Jeffers, 76, of East Windsor, died Wednesday (February 13, 2013) at Woodlake of Tolland, with family by her side. Born in Hartford on January 8, 1937 daughter of the late Alfred and Christine (Cardone) Cecchini she had lived in South Windsor before moving to East Windsor.
