David Hull, MD, of West Hartford, died at the age of 59 on Monday, February 11, 2013 at Saint Francis Hospital. Dr. Hull was Emeritus Director of the Hartford Hospital Transplant Program and a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Hull was born and raised in Astoria, NY, the son of the late Robert and Frances Hull.
