Wilbert passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013.
Wilbert was a resident of West Hartford, Connecticut at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Elaine.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13, in the Chapel of the Weinstein Mortuary, 640 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, with Rabbi Marshal Press officiating.
