Rose Sarra, 86, of South Windsor, died Monday (January 28, 2013) at home. Born in New Britain on September 14, 1926, daughter of the late Joseph and Guistina (Follachio) Sarra, she had lived in New Britain and East Hartford, before moving to South Windsor fifteen years ago. Before retiring she was an accountant aide for the Internal Revenue Service for 42 years.
