Mrs. Carter was born on October 17, 1935 and passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2013.
Mrs. Carter was a resident of Waterbury, Connecticut at the time of her passing.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at the Zion Baptist Church, 137 Pearl St., Waterbury. Burial will follow at New Pine Grove Cemetery. Calling hours will be held 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m at the Church.
