Muriel Murray of Branford died Saturday January 19, 2013 at Branford Hills Health Care Center after a long illness. Mrs. Murray was born October 28, 1928 in New Haven, daughter of the late James J. and Ruth Sharp Carter. She was a schoolteacher in the West Haven school system for more than 30 years until retiring.
