Carmen T. Perez, 77, of Danbury, passed away peacefully at Saint John Paul II Health Care Center, on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. Carmen was born in Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Raymon and Anna Maria (Laporte) Laboy. She attended school in Puerto Rico an immigrated to the United States as a young woman.
