Gail Bolter Johnson, 82, died at home surrounded by family, on Monday January 7, 2013, after a long battle with cancer. She was born September 17, 1930 in Amherst, MA, daughter of the late Ralph and Hazel Bolter. Gail worked as a waitress at the Sachem Country House and also at the Waiting Station.
