Ruth Williams Barton, 95, of Fairfield, died December 29, 2012, of pneumonia. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Williams (Harriet Burrus). She was the widow of John S. Barton. Mrs. Barton was born in Nashville, TN, and grew up in West Hartford, CT. She graduated from Oxford School (now Kingswood/Oxford) in West Hartford.
