Thomas "Jack" R. Staley, 95, of West Hartford, beloved husband of the late Fleda (Sales) Staley, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012. He was born April 1, 1917 in South Carolina to the late David and Tena (Colter) Staley. Jack served his country honorably in the U. S. Army during World War II.
