Phyllis J. Allen Hiscock, of Bethany, formerly of Woodbridge, passed away on October 9, 2012 in the Hospital of St. Raphael. Phyllis was born in Ludlow, MA on December 12, 1915, a daughter of the late Walter & Ellen MacFarlane Allen. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Harley J. Hiscock; her daughters Lynne E.
